Professional and Technical Experience:

Er. Abhishek Chaudhary is working in the capacity of Business Development Officer in the Directorate of Innovation, Projects and Consultancy (IPC) since Aug, 2016 and he also had additional responsibility as Administrative Officer in the Directorate of Auxiliary Units, all at Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS) Allahabad.

Previously he was working in Mahindra & Mahindra Group as Assistant Manager (MMFSL-Operations) from July, 2014 to July, 2016 where he was managing the business and collection of retail financial products – new and used automobile in Delhi-NCR area, focusing on business volume and market share growth, customer retention, dealer channel management across organized and unorganized sectors.

Prior to this, he was working in Bhushan Steels Ltd as Mechanical Engineer (QA/QC) from July, 2011 to June, 2012 at Dhenkanal, Odisha where he was responsible for the heavy machine equipment maintenance and quality inspection & control and supervision of machine operators.

Before that, during his time in NIT Jalandhar and in UBS Panjab University Chandigarh, he worked on various projects of Computational Fluid Dynamics and CAD/CAM at Central Institute of Hand Tools (MSME) Jalandhar, Captive Power Plant (CPP/SGP) and Boiler Plant maintenance at National Fertilizers Ltd Bathinda Plant, Steel Plant Processing and Continuous Steel Casting at Steel Authority of India Limited Bokaro Steel Plant. He also conducted pilot project on Soil Testing and fertilizer purchase consumption behavior of farmers in nearby villages of Bathinda, Punjab. He did major project on E-Commerce portals and B2C websites layout design focusing Ludhiana, Punjab as potential market.

At Directorate of IPC, he is assessing the business feasibility of potential Intellectual Property of the University, Evaluating the market potential and developing the business plan for the potential Spin off companies, Liaisoning with potential investors including venture capitalist, business angels and negotiation on term sheets. He also performs due diligence of business opportunities, preparing marketing strategies for University innovations, Projects and Consultancy.
