The Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) was established in the year 2000 with a focus on the health sector to produce wellqualified professionals for the nation. It has divisions of public health, pharmacy, allied sciences and nursing. The faculty has highly qualified full time teaching staff in various fields. Teaching is based on innovative methods of participative learning with emphasis on learning through practical experiences. A stream of eminent guest speakers from academia, hospitals and industries keeps teachers and students abreast of the recent demands of the job market. FHS has fully equipped modern labs with the facilities for practicals and research work. A rich and continuously expanding library shelving the latest books, journals and magazines on all health subjects, helps in fulfilling the students' quest for knowledge. Internet facilities with Wi-fi system are also provided both within the FHS and in the main university campus to enable information searches. State-of-theart teaching aids like LCD projectors are used in the modern well-equipped classrooms and auditorium. An enabling environment is created for students to work towards success in competitive exams like GATE, GPAT and MAT.
The Faculty of Health Sciences offers a range of professional programs, including diplomas and degrees in pharmaceutical sciences, public health, medical laboratory technology, physiotherapy, and nursing. Established in 2000, it prioritizes high-quality education through innovative teaching methods and hands-on training in well-equipped labs, fostering strong relationships between faculty and students. The B.Sc. Nursing program, launched in 2022, emphasizes critical thinking and ethical conduct, preparing graduates for careers in diverse healthcare settings both in India and abroad. With a focus on research and continuous learning, students benefit from clinical exposure and a rich library, supported by experienced faculty who inspire lifelong learning.

FHS is equipped with advanced laboratories, a comprehensive library, and internet access for research. We use modern teaching aids in well-equipped classrooms and auditoriums.
The Christian College of Nursing, established in 2011 with a GNM program, now offers a B.Sc. Nursing program that enhances critical thinking and professional skills through experiential learning.
Students gain practical skills through clinical training at our university hospital and affiliated multi-specialty hospitals, supported by faculty who encourage curiosity and lifelong learning.
Our college includes a dedicated library and various skill and simulation labs, such as Adult Health, Advanced Nursing, Nutrition, Community, Pediatric, Midwifery, and Pre-Clinical Science labs.
Graduates find ample job opportunities in both public and private sectors in India and abroad, making a significant impact in the healthcare field.
