8:30 AM

Registration & Entry

Gates will be opened for graduates. Kindly arrive early for smooth check-in process and to find your designated seating area.

9:00 AM

Graduate Assembly

All graduates to assemble in their designated areas according to their degree programs. Final instructions and robe adjustments will be made.

Assembly for Convocation Procession

The members participating in the Convocation Procession will assemble Infront of the Administrative Block -I as per the designed procession formation.

Convocation Ceremony Begins

The main ceremony begins with the processional entry of faculty, members of Academic Council, Board of Management and SENATE and distinguished guests. This is the heart of our celebration.
Conferment of Degree, distribution of Medals and Ph.D. degrees to the recipients, Student awards. Address of the Vice Chancellor, Chancellor, Guest of Honors and Chief Guest

Closing of Convocation Proceedings

After the proceedings gets over, the Convocation procession will leave the hall in reverse order.

Important Guidelines & Reminders

  • Punctuality: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may miss important ceremony segments.
  • Dress Code: Graduates must wear the official convocation gown and cap. Family members are encouraged to dress formally.
  • Identification: Bring your gate pass and registration confirmation. These will be required at the entry gate.
  • Parking: Dedicated parking areas will be available. Follow the parking attendants' instructions for smooth traffic flow.
  • Mobile Phones: Please keep mobile phones on silent mode during the ceremony to maintain the dignity of the event.
  • Accessibility: Special seating arrangements are available for guests with mobility needs. Contact us in advance for assistance.
