You can register online through our registration page. Simply fill out the registration form with your student details, degree information, and contact details. Registration must be completed before October 14, 2025.
  1. Ph.D. Programme: Purple Hood and Black Gown
  2. Masters Programme: Yellow Hood and Black Gown
  3. Undergraduate Programme: Red Hood and Black Gown
  4. Entry Requirements: Degree Recipients will enter in the Convocation Hall wearing Gown & Hood. Entry will be allowed only on producing ENTRY PASS, issued by Registrar's Office.
Yes, free parking is available in designated areas on campus. We recommend arriving early as parking spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking attendants will guide you to available spots.
Absolutely! Family members and guests are welcome to attend the ceremony. We encourage them to dress formally for this special occasion. Seating arrangements will be made for guests in designated areas.
The entire ceremony, including the processional, degree conferment, speeches, and photography, typically lasts about 5 hours (from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM).
Yes, graduates may bring family members or guests. Each graduate is allowed a limited number of guests.
In case you lose your entry pass, please contact the Registrar's Office immediately. You may be issued a duplicate after verification of your registration details.
