SHUATS Online Admission Process – Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1 : Registration

Click on Register.
Enter your Name, Email ID, Mobile Number and Interested Programme.

After submitting, Password will be sent to your mobile number and email.

Login

Login using your registered mobile number and password received via SMS / email.

Step 2 : Personal Details

Fill personal details such as Name, Father's Name, Address etc.

Ensure names match your High School Certificate.

Click Save & Next.

Step 3 : Educational Details
  • Fill details as per certificates
  • UG Programmes: High School + Intermediate
  • PG Programmes: High School + Intermediate + UG
  • If result not declared select Result Awaited
Click Save & Next
Step 4 : Admission Details

Select your Programme and Subject Stream carefully.

If applying for B.Sc., B.Tech., B.A., BBA etc select All UG Programmes

If applying for M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA etc select All PG Programmes

Step 5 : Upload Photograph
  • Select passport size photograph
  • Click Upload
  • Click Next
Step 6 : Application Form Fee Payment
  • Click View Application Form
  • Click Pay Now
Payment Options
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Net Banking

After Application Fee payment is successful, Application Form Number will be generated.

Click Next

For Programmes Under Online Opem Coulselling

Online Open Counselling

Click Online Open Counselling

Select eligible programme and submit.

Select Admission Preference

Open Online Counselling

Select eligible and available programme.

Click Submit

Review eligibility and fee details.

Click Proceed Upload Documents

Upload Documents
  • Upload required documents
  • If not available accept agreement
  • Click Proceed
Preview Counselling Details

Confirm selected programme.

Click Proceed

Admission Fee Payment

Programme is confirmed and Enrollment Number generated.

Now pay First Semester Fee.

Admission Letter

After successful payment, admission is confirmed.

Download your Admission Letter.

For Programmes Under SOET (SHUATS Online Entrance Test)

After Application Fee payment is successful, Application Form Number will be generated.

Click Next

Select SOET Option

Click SHUATS Online Entrance Test (SOET)

Select Admission Preference

SOET (SHUATS Online Entrance Test)

Select eligible and available programme.

Click Submit

Review eligibility and fee details.

Click Proceed SOET

Choose Available and Preferred Online Test  Date Slot and submit.

Receive Online Test Link and Instructions.

Result of SOET will be declared within 24 hours.
If you are unable to attend (are absent for) the online test, you may choose the next available date and appear for the online entrance test.

After qualifying, upload documents.

  • Click Proceed
Preview Counselling Details

Confirm selected programme.

Click Proceed

Admission Fee Payment

Programme is confirmed and Enrollment Number generated.

Now pay admission fee.

You may now pay the First Semester Fee to confirm your programme.

  • Net Banking

Once payment is successful, admission will be confirmed.
